I am well versed in the needs of children at different ages and stages, and the emotional impact of divorce on the family. Thus, I am uniquely qualified to help you create a child-centered parenting plan. My goal is to help you to stay out of the courtroom, minimize costs, and maintain the focus on the kids.

However, through mediation, we can create a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOA) that can be brought to a review attorney. The review attorney can enter the MOA into a final settlement agreement. This process maintains the focus on the kids and keep legal costs to a minimum.
